- Contact us within 30 days of your delivery to request a return
- There will be a $200 restocking fee, plus shipping fee of the return of the products
- The returned items must be placed in their original boxes, with its manual and charger
- The returned items must be kept in new condition, and failure to do so at freebeat's discretion can result in additional restocking fees or refusal of the return request
Klarna 0% APR Financing Refund Policy
Our 0% APR financing is a special subsidy provided by freebeat. If an order made with this financing support is canceled, there will be a 13% cancellation fee. However, other payment methods used through Klarna will not be affected and remain unchanged.
